GROUP: Student
YEAR: 12
BIRTHDAY: 6, October
GENDER: Female

Slim and lithe, Lialael seems as if she would be very athletic. She is graceful when she walks, but is clumsy and doesn’t like sports much. She loves to run, although she isn’t on the track team, being afraid that she’ll trip and fall during a meet and embarrass herself. Lialael’s beautiful red hair is short, and cropped just above her shoulders, and is spiky at the bottom, almost choppy looking, but instead of looking like a bad hair cut, it makes her look almost pixyish, and cute. Her eyes are probably the most striking thing about her. A bright, shimmering silver with a blueish-purple starburst around the pupil gives her eyes an almost exotic look.
Lialael has a large, almost star shaped scar on her left wrist where an arrow pierced it. When she was out in the forest beyond her home, a hunter shot an arrow and the bolt went flying out of control, hitting Lialael’s wrist and nearly killing her from blood loss. She has full use of her wrist and hand, but she still feels twinges of pain along her wrist every once in awhile. She can be found caressing the scar a lot, thinking of her home and friend Liam in Ireland.personality
Lialael is kind to people, although she rarely speaks with them. She’s known to be rather blunt, and has a habit of pissing people off without ever meaning to. She tends to go wherever she feels safe. Despite being blunt and hurting everyone’s feeling on accident, Lialael as a gentle side that’s almost never seen unless you manage to get close enough to her. Lia is a gentle soul, and hates to hurt others feelings, making her feel horrible about it although she wouldn’t openly admit it.
Lialael is shy towards people, and has a hard time making friends because she's afraid that they won't like her, like the students at her old Irish school. She's gone through two years, and is starting her third at Somnium Academy without having made a single friend, and the only real thing she ever looks forward too is going back to the Dream World so she can be Spirit again. Lialael doesn't like her real life very much, and prefers to go to sleep and wake in the dream world, and is always sad in the morning when she didn't wake up in the dream world the night before.
Lialael is terrified of spiders. If she sees one, even a tiny one, she’ll run screaming behind someone until its either gone or dead. Most people find it cute, while others find it extremely annoying. Lialael finds it embarrassing, but she can’t help it.
Lialael’s favorite thing to do is read. She was always so clumsy at sports, she was constantly being sent to the library during gym so she would stop injuring the other students in her old grade school in Ireland. While she was in the library, she started to read tales of fantasy. Princesses, princes, faeries, vampires, anything she could get her hands on to block out the real world for just a little while.family & history

HISTORY:
Lialael grew up in Ireland until she was thirteen, when her parents moved to England to send her to a new boarding school. Lialael hated it at first, missing her beloved Ireland. When she was a child, she used to play in the forest near her home and pretend that there were faeries and other creatures out there to play with her. Because she had no siblings, Lialael grew up alone until she got to the age of going to grade school. However, she didn’t make many friends there, because of her attitude not many of the other students liked her much, and shunned her. She only had one friend, a boy a year older than her but in her grade because he had gotten held back a year. Liam was her closest and only friend until she had to move to England, although the two still keep in touch via email and phone calls whenever Lia can get the chance. Liam is like a brother to her, a sibling she never had.
When Lialael was seven, she went out into the forest to play pretend like she always did, pretending the fay and elves that didn't really exist would come out to play with her when she went out into the forest. She loved to play this game, but she always wished that someone really would come play with her, and Liam, her only friend, had never been able to come out so far from town. While she was playing, a man was out hunting in a clearing not all that far from where Lialael was. The bow and arrow he got was new, and he hadn't used it before and he had wanted to test it out, disregarding the houses near by in the surrounding country side, not thinking that anyone would come out into the forest. When he spotted a deer, he shot, but the shot went wild and he heard a scream from a girl.
Lialael had been shot in the wrist, and her wrist had gotten pinned to a tree. The man who had shot her had broken the shaft of the arrow, but kept it in her wrist, afraid she would bleed to death. He managed to get her to the hospital, who called her parents to let them know what had happened. Lialael hadn't been mad at the man, and her parents, while furious, did at least thank him for getting their daughter to the hospital. The doctors said that Lialael would have full use of her hand, but that she would have to come back every day for physical therapy for her wrist once the wound had closed and there was no chance of the stitches coming undone. Lialael's wrist had healed too slowly for the seven year old girl, and she was nearly nine years old when she was finally able to use her wrist and hand as well as she had been able to before she had gotten shot. Ever since the wound healed, she had a scar shaped like a star on both sides of her wrist.
At first, Lialael rebelled against her parents, angry they took her away from the only home she had known, taken her away from her only friend… Until she found the Dream World in her sleep. Slowly Lialael began to love the new school, the new place, although she dearly missed her friend Liam, wishing he could come to the school so she could have a friend again.dream form
Lialael’s dream form is a tall, striking woman with long, blue, almost turquoise hair that falls to her knees. Her face is hidden by a cloak, but when she looked into her reflection, she saw that her eyes were still the same, beautiful silver and blue. Her skin is just as pale as it is when Lialael is awake, milky white except in the Dream World, her skin is unblemished by scars. She also has a short sword attached to her hip with a glowing sapphire set into the top of the hilt, and glittering sapphire gems along the hilt guard. The blade is a rich mix of blue, purple, and silver that gleams in the light. Because Lialael has a cloak on to mask her face, it shows how shy she is around others, that she doesn’t want them to see what or who she really is. The sword represents the protection she would have for her friends, should anything bad happen to them, and the will to do anything to protect them even if it meant fighting. In the Dream World, Lialael goes by the name of ‘Spirit’.
