PLAY-BY: Ben Fosterappearance
Let's just say that in World War Two, Lysander would be safe. He's about six foot three, with brown eyes and corn-coloured hair. Lysander is relatively toned, with an aquiline nose and thin lips. His teeth are a little crooked in some parts, but not horribly so. He was scared of braces when he was little. Appearance-wise, he gives off a bit of an intimidating feel, as he doesn't speak english with incredible fluency, and doesn't like to come off as stupid, so he tends to be a little untalkitive. He also tends to have a rather gruff appearances, not that it always stops people. He also sometimes comes off as needlessly serious sometimes, but that's mostly his accent and deep voice.personality
>>Likes: Lyzie's very shy, but if you talk to him, he can and will talk at length about his love of marine life, nature, puzzles, and art. Those four things take up a lot of his time. He's more of an abstract artist than anything, and doesn't see much value in what he does. More of a pretty timewaster. He loves chocolate, but his favourite food is sushi.
>>Hates: Above all else, Lysander hates people who believe that just because he's an aryan ethnic German, that he's an anti-semite. That couldn't be further from the truth. He's more than welcoming to anyone and anything that crosses his path, and could care less about race/creed/gender/sexuality. He's just a bit shy, and unintentionally makes an angry face on occasion. So people assume that he's a skinhead...with hair. Lysander is NOT a skinhead.
>>Goals: Lyzie wants to learn how to talk to people more easily, and he wants to get a job as a journalist one day. Hopefully an art critic.family & history
FATHER: Conrad Katja, 43, Doctor
MOTHER: Hilde Katja, 41, TV Psychic
SIBLINGS: None
OTHER FAMILY: Cousin ______Katja, also goes to Somnium
HISTORY:
Lysander was born in a boonies town in a farmland area close to Bavaria, where he lived until he was given admission to Somnium after applying on a lark. Deciding that he needed a change of pace to help him grow as a person, his parents sent him to the academy. He's lived there rather peacefully since, but he misses Germany a lot. He hasn't really done well with the language barrier.
His mother had been all for him going, while his father hadn't been so sure. But after some research, she managed to get him on board. Lysander on the otherhand had not been so sure, and so he'd spent the first two years of his school life very awkward and standoffish. Recently he's started drawing grafitti on the walls, and has been reprimanded for it a few times. But he's started to get his expression out, not that many people know it's him.dream form
Lysander's dream form is a Merrow, a swamp merman. He has pale green-brown skin, and long green hair with vines and leaves intertwined in it. He has green freckles along his body, and when in water he can put his legs together and they become a tail. He takes this form because he feels most at home in a natural, rural environment, and he flourishes there. Lysander has an extreme connection to nature, and loses all inhibitions there. In the Dream world he's completely carefree, and is a whole lot more open, and speaks completely clearly. He actually prefers having gills to the real world sometimes.
