He uses magic, but has perfected his use of it over the years that for the most part, he doesn't need incantations for most things. He is far from all powerful and refuse to be thought of as such. The girth of his powers center around “Creating” some of his collections. So although he may not be one use his powers for evil...if he finds you unique enough...he may just add you to his collection. A collection of stories, a collection or hopes, and a collection of dreams all captured in one object.
OCCUPATION Shop Keeper
GENDER: male
PLAY-BY: Lee Dong Wookappearance
Kisuke is a rather reserved man and it shows. His hair is black hair and kept short but tidy. His face is always clean shaven save a few days that he works overtime. It almost seems as if he graciously hides his bronze eyes behind his square, steel framed glasses. People question exactly how much he needs them and if they are just for show. He's a rather tall and lean fellow with a slim build at 6'0.” His face is usually very stoic, but he has been known to flash a smile or two.
His clothing is always very formal. A pair of slacks, finely pressed. A clean button up dress shirt free of creases. A finely attuned vest that matches the sharp slacks. Lastly finely shined shoes that often give the nuance of him being some kind of butler. He has a number of different rings that he wears at any give time—no...none of them are mood rings...God people. Be realistic!personality
The “Collector” is known for being quite stead fast and orderly. Everything has a place and nearly everything has some kind of value. He feels most comfortable thinking of people as chess pieces in a game rather than human beings that have feelings. This gives him a rather cold reputation, but thinking in the value of things has been something he has done his whole life. People are quite strange to him with how they go about their everyday lives and he usually turns a blind eye to them, but when it comes to his collections and the items within is store, he is quite choosy upon those that come within.
His sense of humor falls prey to his cynicism at times and can sometimes scare people away. He'd much rather keep to himself, not really taking interest in people unless they posses a uniqueness about them. Where he lacks in emotion, he picks up in ingenuity. He is also known for being able to fix anything and no, he doesn't always use magic to do this. Whether he wants to believe it or not, he has a creative mind and is able to reconstruct what has been destroyed and bring to life what has been forgotten in a way that defies his own logic.
His hardened character comes crashing down upon the realization that he shares something in common with normal humans: a longing. He not only cherishes things of materialistic value, but also things that are connected to the heart and have a history of importance. Much like the history behind a child's doll that has lived through the savage journey through life. There is no other story like it. He has searched for years and years to find the right things for his collection...but in his heart he feels that he may never complete it.family & history
Kisuke comes from a long line of sorcerers—not necessarily epic ones, but sorcerers none the less. His father was magically inclined, but his mother was not. This was frowned upon by grandparents, but that didn't exactly stop their love. His father was also a craftsman, creating new and unusual things as well as traveling a lot and gathering unique items. As a young boy, this became a hobby of his and the small collection that his father helped him start was only the beginning.
Through his younger years, he was a very introverted child, not really taking in the human contact that most people believed key to joining society. Young Kisuke didn't care about such things and was more interested in creating new things and experimenting with his powers. His father didn't look to well upon this, hoping for his son to be a socialite and instead of leaving him to his own devices, he decided to make the boy help him with his shop. Kisuke didn't care for this, but agreed to it.
Years went past and his duties grew into a full blown ownership of the shop. With the forced ownership of the shop, Kisuke had slowly become less frivolous of vicious towards people, but still had his reservations. People just seemed a little bit more interesting than he thought. Only by a little! In the last few centuries, he has increased his collection tenfold, but it someone...just doesn't amount to as much as he has hoped for nor has he seen anything that can truly complete the collection he has grown to cherish so dearly.
About 100 years ago, his mother and father perished at sea. The only thing he has to remember them is a color changing diamond pendant that his mother left to him for safe keeping. Its his most prized possession. The one thing he holds with the greatest value.
