Tetroneaque sat quietly on a rocky outcrop on the edge of the beach, simply watching the waves come in and go back out. In fact he'd been sitting there for an awfully long time simply letting his mind wander. It had been doing that a lot lately. The simple truth of the matter was that the little purple kitsune was simply bored. In fact he had become so bored with things as of late that he was monologuing out loud to himself.
"Why do I keep coming here? It's not like anything ever changes here. The waves come in and obliterate any changes to the sand, washing away the evidence anyone has ever set foot here. So why do I keep returning here?" He let out a frustrated sigh, setting his mask on the rock next to him. He stood up and did a little back flip, then stood on his head as he stared at the waters.
"A different point of view, yet everything is the same." He let out another sigh and let himself fall over to lay in the sand, simply staring up into the sky.
"I wonder if anyone else feels like I do." He continued to gaze into the sky, letting the waves drown out all other noises.

The Angel walked out onto the sandy beach, keeping his sight on the sea and its constant waves, not paying attention to his surroundings. "It's been quiet out here lately. Wonder if something is going on." He continued to walk forward till he reached the edge of the beach.
As he watched the waves, he heard a voice not too far away. He looked over torwards the direction to see a purple kitsune sitting upon a rock. Shows how observant I am... He watched as the kitsune preform a back flip, and stand on its head. Yamino was a little confused. He looked out to the sea the purple creature seemed staring at as well. There was nothing there. Without thinking he began to walk torwards it, curious about what was going on.

Tetroneaque continued to simply lay in the sand, and then he heard the soft sound of someone walking in the sand nearby. His ears flicked toward the sound and he turned his head to see what he assumed was some sort of angelic being coming toward him.
"Hello there. What brings you out here today?" Tetroneaque asked with a grin, not bothering to get up from his position on the ground.
An angel huh? That's certainly a bit different than the usual. He thought to himself, and the thought was enough to brighten his mood almost instantly.

Continued walking closer to the purple creature. It wasn't like he was intruding or anything. The Angel watched as the kitsune looked to him. He stopped only being a few feet away from the stranger. Might as well try to get aquainted with somebody. he thought.
"Hello." he replied. "Nothing really. But what is there to do? It's been too quiet around here." he said with a grin. "How about you? You look a little... bored." he questioned.
Yamino was quiet for a second. Was it him or did the kitsune seem to change in some way? He didn't think on it too much though. It wasn't important anyway.

Tetroneaque hopped up to a standing position, the grin still etched on his face as he did so. He dusted the sand off his robe a bit and then started to brush his immense, fluffy tails a bit. After his little bit of grooming he turned back toward the angel.
"You're quite perceptive! There isn't much to do around here it seems, and yes I'm bored... mostly because of the previously mentioned lack of things to do." He chuckled a little bit as he continued.
"I come out to this area every day hoping something different will happen. You see, my first memory was of waking up right here with the waves lapping at me. There was a lot of driftwood then too, unlike now where there isn't much more than a footprint in the sand." Tetroneaque paused a moment and cast a glare at the ocean as if daring it to contradict him, then turned back toward the angel and continued speaking.
"The funny part about all that is..." He stopped and looked around as if expecting someone was listening in on him, then seeing no one he leaned in close to the angel and whispered, "I can't swim." Tetroneaque started to laugh then.
"Isn't that just absurd? I wake up soaking wet, like I just washed ashore, but I don't even know how to doggy paddle. But that's neither here nor there. Today is different, because you're here today, and you weren't any of the other days. That in itself is fantastic! Yet there still doesn't seem to be much to do around here, except talk. That's better than nothing though now isn't it?" Tetroneaque was smiling broadly now and his tails were swishing back and forth with excitement.
Maybe today won't be so dull after all!

He is acting a little excited. It's kind of strange. The angel listened attentively. The conversation was starting to get interesting.
"The funny part about all this... I can't swim." The words suprised the angel and made him curious enough to want to learn more.
"What do you suppose hap- Wait. What do you mean exactly, about me I mean? How is that fantastic?" he stopped after his many questions, "Sorry I don't mean to sound rude. Just curious." he gave another grin.

Tetroneaque tilted his head to one side and gave the angel a slightly confused look, as if he'd already explained.
"You being here today is different. Anything that's different here is always a good thing! It breaks up the monotony of this place always being the same and so dreadfully boring!" Tetroneaque replied hoping he had made himself more clear this time.
"I know, I know, I'm contradicting myself. I come here every day to the same spot, but always hope for something different. Yet, here you are proving my point." Tetroneaque let out a happy laugh as he bounced around the angel, looking at him from every angle. He also snatched up his own mask off the rock and stuffed it into his robe as he was bouncing about.
"Any reason you're out here today? It can't be because you come here everyday, or else I would have seen you sooner." He added once he stood in front of the angel again.

(OCC: Mind If I join?)
Walking along the beach, again. For some reason it calmed him. Made it seem like he belonged here. He had yet to meet anyone that talked to him. They all seemed caught up in their own thoughts. Maybe they were but Kaiser had been quiet.
He kept walking. He heard voices but wasn't sure if he was imagining again. He stayed silent and kept walking. The waves rolled over his boots cleaning them of the dust from running. Maybe he wouldn't scare the others.
He saw two people. One was a Angel. He gave a light laugh. "The Angel won't want to talk to a Demon," he sighed to himself but went to give it a try.

Tetroneaque sniffed the air. The usual salty scent was always present, along with the smell of the angel, and Tetroneaque's own slightly musky scent. There was something new there now. Tetroneaque's ears perked straight up. He held up a finger to the angel to ask for a moment of silence, and looked around. He spotted the newcomer easily, as the person didn't seem to be hiding but was coming directly toward them.
Tetroneaque's smile only seemed to broaden.
"Ah ha! Another new person! Today is different indeed!" Tetroneaque started to laugh happily. He placed an arm on the angel's shoulders and turned him to face the newcomer as well.
"Before it was just me, but now there are two more to talk to! This day is more than different, I dare say it might just be lucky!" He stated and sort of bounded over toward the new comer.
"Hello, hello, hello there! How are you? Who are you?" Tetroneaque blinked a couple times and then turned back toward the angel.
"And who are you too? I don't think we've exchanged names yet. Ack! Where are my manners today! A day being different is no excuse to forget my manners." Tetroneaque did another backflip, landing on top of the rock he'd been sitting on earlier. He did a dramatic little bow to the two before straightening back up.
"Tetroneaque Swiftpaw Tailchaser is my name." He was still smiling, obviously enjoying himself immensely. "Would you two care to supply me with your names? If you don't want to I can just make some names up for yall." He added, liking the prospect of naming two strangers.

Kaiser was welcomed quickly and that took him by surprise. Yet at the same time he liked it. It was a weird feeling.
"I'm Kaiser," he said to Tetroneaque. "Kaiser Adair," he gave a little bow to them both.
He grinned at the angel then back at Tetroneaque. He liked saying the name in his head. It was a fun one. He kept saying it over and over again until he grew tired of it.
"I'm doing alright now that I have someone to talk to," he laughed lightly. "I was almost thinking I would never see another person." He thought about it for a second. "In fact you two are the only ones I've seen in days."

((I'm so sorry guys. I had a little trouble getting on.)) The angel gave a long glance to the sea, almost forgetting the kitsune still there. "I don't know why I come. It gives me peace to walk on the beach for some reason."
As the angel contined with the conversation he felt a surge of unease and stood still for a moment. He looked out to see a stranger walking torwards them. A demon. Yamino hadn't seen one for a long time. As the kitsune turned him to face the demon, Yamino put his hands in his pockets and gave a slight smile. Might as well find out about the new guy.
Before he knew it the two were introducing themselves. "I am Yamino. Nice to meet you two."

"Kaiser and Yamino eh? Pleasure to make your acquaintances. It was so dreadfully boring out here before you two showed up, but with you two it no longer has to be. Of course we could all simply be bored together, but I'm sure we can think of something more interesting to do than that." Tetroneaque replied with a happy laugh.
As if to reiterate his point three small orbs of blue flame appeared around Tetroneaque's head, slowing circling him. This was his fox fire, as the flames produced no heat what so ever and were of no threat at all. He sent one ball toward Kaiser and one toward Yamino, letting the flames slowly circle their heads as the last one continued to rotate around his own. He really just wanted to see how they'd react, but he continued to talk as if nothing had happened.
"Either of you happen to see any memories floating around here? I think I lost some of mine but I'm not sure where they went."

"Well I hope I can live up to your expectation. It shouldn't get too dull." Yamino replied with a slight grin.
The angel began to turn and walk torwards an old log for a seat but stopped when he caught a glance of three orbs of flame circling Tetroneaque's head. Yamino turned back as a blue ord was sent his way. He watched as it began circling his head as it did the kitsune's. At first he was shocked Was it real or an illusion? He put his hand near the flame. Instead heating his hand, it just shown upon it but had no other effect. Yamino smiled and continued to watch the flame circle.
"I think I remember you mentioning that to me before. Wish I could help you out but I am afraid I do not know." The angel answered.

"It is nice to see you both as well."
Fire. Kaiser was almost use to fire but this one was very different. It circled his head. He reached up to touch it. No heat touched his hand as he did this.
"What is this," Kaiser smiled at Tertroneaque. He put his hand back down at his side and watched the fire around his head again. "Oh and I haven't seen anything."

"Oh that? That's just my fox fire, I kind of make those when ever I'm excited... or bored... or just feel like it." Tetroneaque replied with a chuckle.
He listened as Yamino and Kaiser replied to his earlier question, his ears drooped down a little at this news.
"Nothing at all? Oh well, I guess that's to be expected. Didn't hurt to ask though." His ears perked back up after that statement, quickly getting over the disappointment. Tetroneaque stretched again, starting to become more comfortable around the two newcomers.

Curious about the fox fire he asked, "So does this serve any other purpose, or is it for entertainment." He tried not to sound rude.
The angel then turned to the demon. His kind never got along with Kaiser's but this demon seemed different. "So, Kaiser. What do you do for a living?" Yamino would try to get along though he couldn't say they would gain each others full trust.
Noticing Tetroneaque's disappointment, Yamino decided to ask more about the kitsune's predicament. "You have no memory of anything?" He felt stupid for asking a question he had already received an answer to, but it couldn't hurt. Yamino wanted to help if he could.

"Never seen that before," he smiled. For once he smiled and it was true. "This is something else."
Kaiser looked at the Angel. "I'm a writer," he said. "Own my own book shop."
Kaiser still wasn't sure if he and the angel could get along. Demon never did get along with them but maybe they could. He was hoping anyway. "What do you do," the demon asked the angel.
Not sure what kistune was talking about he turned his attention back to him. Sometimes I wish my memories would go away, Kaiser thought to himself.

"Well the fox fire is mostly for providing light, not that I'd need that, and for creating a distraction. You'd be surprised how panicky someone can get when they're suddenly engulfed in blue flames... even if the flames couldn't hurt anything." Tetroneaque giggled a little at the mental image, and memories of using it in just such a fashion.
"As for my memories, I have a lot. I just seem to be missing quite a few as well. Pretty much everything before I washed ashore on this beach is a blur. It's quite annoying not remembering anything before that." Tetroneaque stated, crossing his arms and flicking his tails in an annoyed fashion. He absently fingered the amulet he wore under his robe. He'd taken to searching through other people's memories for awhile, and this particular amulet allowed him to take other beings' memories. Of course none of them ever seemed to have him in them and no one ever seemed to miss the memories he took.
Tetroneaque briefly considered looking through his two new acquaintances' memories, but dismissed the idea. After all, they'd obviously never met him so why would they have his memories?
He listened as Kaiser explained owning a book store. That was actually interesting. He turned his full attention toward the demon.
"You own a book shop? Do you specialize in any particular genre or do you just sort of carry a bit of everything?" Tetroneaque asked with a smile.

"Ah, that is an interesting ability." he replied with a grin.
Finally he understood fully. The angel was still curious about how the kitsune was washed ashore. A shipwreck seems like a good explanation of how he could've landed here. Instead of sharing his thoughts he decided it was best not to interfere. He had his own problems to solve. No reason to add more to the burden.
A writer. I never would've guessed. "That's interesting. I might have to drop by your shop." Yamino was actually very interested in literature. After hearing Kaiser's question, the angel sighed, "Nothing but a wanderer. I usually help out around the Dream World when I'm needed but other than that I am usually just walking around looking for my purpose."

Kaiser was vaguely interested in the fox fire but soon lost interest. Nothing could really keep his attention for long. But instead of walking away as he normally would he stayed and listened to the questions the others said.
"I carry a little bit of everything," Kaiser commented on the first question. "Some of my own writing is in there. My writings are darker then most I put in there."
He looked back at the angel. He wanders like I do at times, Kaiser thought then pushed it away. "Noting is wrong with that, Yamino," the demon smiled faintly.

What interesting trio we are. A kitsune thief, a wandering angel, and bookstore owning demon. There has to be a joke in there somewhere... Tetroneaque thought to himself with a smirk.
Tetroneaque was about to try working that set up into a joke off the top of his head when his attention was drawn back toward the sea. There was a shimmering bubble floating toward the trio. This was no ordinary bubble though, it was a lost memory. There was no telling to whom the memory belonged however, at least not until one took the time to examine it. Tetroneaque intended to make sure he claimed this memory, in hopes that it might be one of his own.
The kitsune darted over to the very edge of the water. He crouched down, wiggled his rear end a few times, and then sprang at the bubble. He landed on top of it, guiding it fully to shore. He sat on top of it for a few moments, grinning down at Kaiser and Yamino. Then with a flick of his wrist he brought out the amulet he always wore, and thrust it into the bubble. The bubble seemed to collapse upon itself instead of popping, being sucked into the amulet. There really was no better way to describe the action. After a few seconds, the bubble was gone and Tetroneaque put his amulet away once more.
Tetroneaque started to dance in a happy little jig right there on the beach then, apparently quite pleased with his catch of the day. He noticed the other two were staring at him now.
"What?" He asked in his most innocent tone.

Hearing the reply he received from the demon, Yamino chuckled and looked to the sea, "Yeah I guess there isn't, but it can get a little dull." He had been almost everywhere in the dream world, yet he gained nothing.
As the angel looked out to the sea, he noticed a bubble floating their way. The angel cocked his brow, What is it? Where did it come from? Then he noticed the kitsune running to it and leaping on top of the bubble. Once Tetroneaque came back to shore, Yamino looked up still confused. "What is-" He was cut off when kitsune thrust what appeared to be an amulet into the bubble, causing it to collapse. "What was it?"

Kaiser watched the bubble go into the amulet. He blinked a few times to make sure it was real. It was yet he couldn't believe it. He didn't understand in the least bit. Then when Tailchaser started to dance, it sprung new questions.
"What the-" Kaiser started but didn't know how to end the sentence. "What was that?"
He shifted legs and his jacket opened. A small glitter came from his belt. something shinny glared in the sun. Quickly Kaiser covered it and waited for a reply.

"It was a lost memory of course!" Tetroneaque replied, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. Of course to him it was.
"Of course who's memory it is, well that's the real question. I'll figure it out though!" Tetroneaque shook his finger at the sky as if tempting the fates to counter his declaration. When nothing happened he nodded his head curtly and then plopped down on the rocky outcrop once more. His tails were wagging quite rapidly, showing off how satisfied he was. Even his tongue was hanging out just a tad making him look down right adorable.
He turned back toward the ocean for a moment.
"Probably won't see another of those for quite some time. Yall want to go somewhere a little more lively?" Tetroneaque asked.

Kaiser looked at Tailchaser for a while. he had never been one for cats but he looked adorable. He had the urge to pet him. Or ruffle his fur. But Kaiser didn't want to get bit or anything.
"I might head to the book store," kaiser said looking over the Angels shoulder. "You two are welcome to come if you wish."

A lost memory?! That was convenient. The angel continued to watch the kitsune, he was really excited. Yamino laughed as Tetro wagged his tail and stuck his tongue out. It was cute.
Once the kitsune mentioned going somewhere, the angel nodded, "Sounds good." The demon also mentioned going back to his store. "You two are welcome to come if you wish" Both sounded interesting but he was still unsure about the demon. "Kaiser, if you still plan on leaving for your store, I'll try to stop by, I'll have nothing better to do. But till then I'll probably accompany Tetroneaque for a while." The kitsune intrigued the angel and caused him to want to learn more and possibly help him out.

"Let's go to the bookstore now!" Tetroneaque barked happily. He hopped off his rock, did a little somersault, and landed between the other two dream beings. Tetroneaque was rather impulsive, and once he'd decided on something he usually stuck with it.
"After all, it's not like anything is happening here. Oh! We can stop by the inn and grab a few drinks too! My treat!" Tetroneaque added, obviously in a good mood over his latest acquisition. As if getting ready to go he pulled his mask from his robe pocket, placed it upon his face, and then flipped up his hood.
"There we go, all ready to go." He stated happily, though his face was hidden behind a mask now the green glow from his eyes still shone through the eye slits.

Kaiser smiled at the Kistune. A fake smile, one practiced. He never smiled unless very impressed or happy. As of right now he wasn't that happy. He wasn't gloomy either but in a neutral mood. Happiness had fled him after the memory had been caught.
"Maybe on the way you both could give me ideas," he said looking back at both of them. "One thing though. Not stealing anything." This was more directed toward the kistune. He didn't think the angel would steal, not from a demon anyway.
Kaiser started to walk off. He paused long enough to say, "I trust you not to steal from a demon anyway. It wouldn't be the best move." Once more he started to walk off. Hoping the others would follow. "Come on I won't kill you. I promise."

Well that was a waste of breath. He chuckled at the thought Oh well. I can learn about them easier this way. "Well I guess we are accompanying you Kaiser." The angel then looked to Tetro, now wearing a strange mask. Yamino shrugged.
He looked to the demon once he heard him spoke. "Having troubles with a story?" he asked.
The angel began to walk forward but stopped quickly hearing the demons next reply. Is he that bad after all? the thought troubled the angel and caused him to be cautious. Yamino watched as the demon began to walk away. He began to tense up. His hands tightened to fists, which he quickly hid by stuffing them in his pockets. "Come on I won't kill you. I promise." The angel smiled hearing this. It wasn't his usual friendly smile but was instead a mask to cover his anger. This isn't like me. He can't possibly be that bad. Yamino began to follow Kaiser. Nothing bad is going to happen.

"No stealing? Not even a little?" Tetroneaque asked in a disappointed tone.
"Is that just stealing from you or stealing in general while you're around? Because I can promise not to steal from either of you, but that's about as much as I can promise." Tetroneaque stated in a very matter of fact tone, not even trying to deny the fact that he was a thief.
